At Laukey, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our policy below.
No Returns or Refunds
We currently do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, or you have received a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Report within 24 hours. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Reports made after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
- Share video proof. Send us a proper video clearly showing the damaged goods you received. Claims without video proof cannot be processed.
- Inspection and review. Once we receive your report, our team will inspect and review it.
- We'll get back to you. After the review, we will contact you to arrange an exchange of the product.
